Kerrie is an Advanced Remedial Sports Massage Therapist, Clinical Pilates and Postural Stability Instructor with over 18 years in clinical and community settings. She has worked with the general public and also in specialised areas such as neurological physiotherapy.
Her treatments are a mixture of sport massage & remedial massage techniques (such as Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Pulse Points and Trigger Point Therapy) .
Kerrie uses Songbird Wax and Hemp Oil & essential oils. If you have an allergy to any creams etc, please let us know PRIOR to appointment.
Kerrie also provides practical postural exercise and nutrition advice.
