Terms & Conditions of the Site

The Farm: 

• Along with our Glamping accommodation, the farm has grazing livestock and a plant delivery business. This means that there are large vehicles around the yard and barns and livestock to consider during your stay. 
• Please adhere to the countryside code at all times. Close gates, respect speed limit and Private / No Entry signs.
• Please respect and stay out of any areas marked Private including lower woodland areas.  
• All accessible woodland copses are entered into at your own risk. No liability will be accepted by Crorieshill Barns Ltd for any injury, loss or damage to individuals or property.  
• NO FIRES are to be lit ANYWHERE other than in the provided fire pits and woodburners. Please make sure you familiarise yourself with the fire safety regulations and equipment. Fire safety procedure can be found within your Touch Stay booking app and equipment is clearly marked within accommodations.
• All Dogs MUST be well behaved and on a lead around the land. 
• Children must be supervised at all times and extra care should be taken when crossing the access road. 
• Please note: CCTV is operating on the property and images are protected under GDPR regulations and is ICO registered.

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or utilizing any services provided by Bracken Barns Glamping, Crorieshill Barns Ltd.

1. Reservation and Booking:

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Late check-ins must be communicated and approved in advance.
• Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

4. Property Use and Conduct:

• Guests must treat the property and its facilities with respect.
• Any damages caused to the property or its contents by guests will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited on the premises.

5. Safety and Liability:

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay.
• Bracken Barns Glamping, Crorieshill Barns Ltd will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that may occur during the stay.

6. Pets and Smoking:

• Pets are not allowed on the premises unless otherwise stated and approved in advance.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations and communal areas. Designated smoking areas may be provided.

7. Environmental Responsibility:

• Guests are encouraged to conserve water and energy during their stay.
• Waste should be disposed of responsibly in designated receptacles.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

• These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.

By making a reservation or utilizing our services, guests agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

Damages Fee Deposit Policy

In addition to the rental fee, Bracken Barns Glamping, Crorieshill Barns Ltd requires a damages fee deposit to cover any potential damages caused by guests during their stay. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Damages Fee Deposit:

• A damages fee deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking.
• This deposit will be pre-authorized on the guest's credit card or collected in cash upon check-in.
• The damages fee deposit will be refunded in full within 7 business days after check-out, provided no damages are incurred during the stay.

2. Damages Assessment:

• Upon check-out, a member of our staff will inspect the accommodation for any damages.
• Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed, and the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the damages fee deposit.

3. Damages Fee Deposit Charges:

• Charges for damages will be based on the actual cost of repair or replacement, including labor and materials.
• If the cost of damages exceeds the damages fee deposit, the guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.

4. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of a dispute regarding damages, Bracken Barns Glamping, Crorieshill Barns Ltd reserves the right to provide evidence and documentation to support the charges.
• Guests may dispute damages within 48 hours of check-out by providing evidence or documentation to support their claim.

5. Damages Fee Deposit Refund:

• If no damages are incurred during the stay, the damages fee deposit will be refunded in full within 7 business days after check-out.
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used for the damages fee deposit.

6. Authorization for Damages Fee Deposit:
